Maralyn Rayne sets off on an adventure with one goal in mind.

She has to find it, because it may be the spark that sets the Broken World ablaze.

Meanwhile, Rick has been ghosted, and he's back to being his anxious self again. Taylor is having strange visions, and Rayne is left searching for the truth, and a way to fight it.
When a museum opens its doors to an Alkanian exhibit, Taylor hopes that she can find the answers she's looking for. But sometimes, the answers aren't safe. They have sharp teeth, and claws, and they're ready to tear the world to shreds.
